Because all of our products are digital eBooks, there is no physical shipping involved. Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be delivered instantly via email.

 

Digital Delivery

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing a secure download link to your product.
Delivery is typically instant, but in rare cases, it may take up to 10 minutes depending on system processing or your email provider.

If you haven’t received your download email after 10 minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact our support team at support@matteomystery.com and we’ll resend your link.

 

No Physical Items

Please note that we do not ship physical books, CDs, or USBs.
All items sold on our website are digital downloads only.

 

Refunds and Replacements

Since digital products cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.
Once your download link has been sent, access to the files cannot be revoked — therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
